Our cold process soaps, body products and candles are lovingly handmade by Stacey - in small batches - to ensure the best quality. Each bath and body product is unique and are formulated skin loving recipes that are free of parabens and other harsh chemicals that can found in many commercially made bath and body products.
Privacy Statement:
I'll never send you spam and I'll never share your email address with anyone, for any reason. That's a promise.
Sales Tax:
California Sales Tax (9.5%) will be applied to all orders shipped to addresses within the State of California.
Shipping:
USPS and UPS within the U.S.: $7.95 flat rate.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package arrives at the USPS or UPS. Keep that email so that you may track your package. You will receive a second email from the courier as a delivery alert when your package has been delivered.
I do not enter or alter shipping information. You are responsible for the address entered by the you at the point of sale. If an incorrect address is entered and your box is returned to me, I will gladly reship it to you, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. I am not responsible for a lost or stolen package, so if you have concerns about your delivery location, contact me with your order number for optional insurance on your package or we can require a signature upon delivery. Buyer will bear the cost of any additional insurance fees. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the personal use nature of bath and body care products, I can not accept returns or exchanges. Please inquire whether we have trial sizes of a product and if so, you can try before purchasing a full size. We want you to be happy with your purchase - so please just contact us with the issue and I'm sure we'll work it out!
A full Ingredient list and scent note description for each product is listed on the product page. Do not use a product if you have any known allergies or sensitivity to any of the ingredients listed. Discontinue use if you experience any skin irritation. There will be no returns or refunds because you didn't like the scent, as listed.
Upon receipt, any damage must be reported within 3 business days. If an item arrives damaged: save the original packaging, take a photo of the issue and email it to handmade.stacey@gmail.com. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be replaced at no cost to you.
Cancellation Policy:
Order cancellations must be in writing and sent within 24 hours of placement. Please email handmade.stacey@gmail.com to request and receive confirmation of any refund.
